A Note From Chef
I grew up in Seattle and found my way into the kitchen earlier than most. Culinary school was part of my high school experience, and it quickly became a second language for me. Over the years, I’ve worked in everything from family-run restaurants to boutique hotels, but what’s stayed constant is my belief in food as a way to care for people.
At Regent, I focus on crafting dishes that are both honest and thoughtful, with seasonal ingredients, clean technique, and a strong sense of place. I look forward to welcoming you to our table.
