How much is the resort fee and what does it include?
The nightly resort fee is $20 plus tax. It includes convenient amenities such as parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, bottled water, Illy coffee, boarding pass printing, concierge services, seasonal pool access, and fitness center use.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in your stay.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am.

Are you pet-friendly?
Yes, we welcome pets! We allow up to two dogs per room, with a maximum weight of 75 pounds per dog. A $50 per stay pet fee will be collected at check-in. Please note that only dogs are permitted.
Do you allow smoking at the hotel?
No, Brookmere is a completely non-smoking property. This policy includes e-cigarettes, vaporizers, hookahs, marijuana, and similar products. Smoking in guestrooms or anywhere on the property will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to your account.
Do you charge for parking?
Parking is included in the resort fee for overnight guests. Complimentary parking is also provided for diners at the Regent Restaurant and spa guests.
What is the minimum age to book a room?
Guests must be 21 or older to book a room.

No, we do not charge for supplemental bedding. While the hotel does not offer rollaway beds, some suites are equipped with sofa beds. Pack-and-plays are available upon request for a fee of $25 per night.

No, there is no additional fee for extra guests staying in the room.
What is the security deposit taken at check-in?
A $100 per day authorization will be placed on your credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges.

What are the applicable taxes?
A total of 13% tax is applied to all stays, which includes a 7% New York State tax and a 6% Saratoga Springs local tax.
We impose a convenience fee of .5% on the amount of all transactions. We do offer a cash discount equal to this fee.
